Our technicians have been providing inplant service throughout the southeast, from small machine shops to large international companies. MTF will complete the job from start to finish, including, trouble shooting, parts location and purchasing, re-assembly and test run. One service we find beneficial to our customers is scheduled maintenance shut downs. Working closely with your maintenance supervisor, MTF can schedule machining and grinding operations weeks in advance, so your machines are down a minimum time for repair. Our inplant service technicians have all completed a 4 year recognized apprenticeship, which ensures a skilled competent response to your needs.

Our Tullahoma facility is equipped with a clean room dedicated to spindle service, so the re-assembly of your spindle is conducted in neat and clean surroundings. Your spindle will then go through a run in and test period, so that when you receive your spindle it is ready for installation and immediate service. We also have experience in other types of spindle bearing arrangements including, hydrodynamic bearings, tapered bronze bearings and babbit bearings used on ceramic coated spindles.
