Machine Rebuilds And Overhauls
Worn out machine tools rebuilt back to OEM specifications and operating accuracy, for less than buying new

Mechanical Rebuilds
Our master rebuilding staff rebuilds worn out machine tools back to OEM specifications and operating accuracy, from manual mills and lathes to CNC machining centers.
A full rebuild starts with complete disassembly and inspection. Hardened ways are ground, mating components are hand scraped for proper fit, and in many cases Turcite is applied to bring every axis back to its original alignment.
Spindles, ball screws and hydraulic cylinders are rebuilt in our Tullahoma shop, and our in-house machine shop gets your critical parts made quickly.
- Engine lathes
- Milling machines
- Horizontal and vertical machining centers
- Surface and cylindrical grinders
